a. that in the framework to increase effective implementation of export regulation on the several mining products, it is necessary to amended Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 29/M-DAG/PER/5/2012 concerning Provisions on the Export of Mining Products;
b. that based on consideration as intended in paragraph a, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Trade;

REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE CONCERNING AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE No. 29/M-DAG/PER/5/2012 CONCERNING PROVISIONS ON THE EXPORT OF MINING PRODUCTS
Attachment I of Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 29/M-DAG/PER/5/2012 concerning Provisions on the Export of Mining Products shall be amended become as listed in Attachment that is an integral part of this Ministerial Regulation.
1. When this Ministerial Regulation comes into force, provisions on the mining products marble and travertine in blocks (Tariff Post/HS 2515.12.10.00), marble and travertine in slabs (Tariff Post/HS 2515.12.20.00), the granite blocks (Tariff Post/HS 2516.12.10.00), and granite slabs (Tariff Post/HS 2516.12.20.00) subject to the Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 03/M-DAG/PER/1/2007 concerning Verification or Technical Inquiry on the Export of Group C Materials In addition to the Sand, Soil and Top Soil (Including Humus).
2. This Ministerial Regulation shall come into force on August 20, 2012.
For public cognizance, this Ministerial Regulation shall be promulgated by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
